WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

SHIPPING

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours unless your order is received on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday, or a National Holiday. Your order will be processed and packaged and shipped the next USPS business day.

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Shipping, 2-3 days for delivery.

Orders received before noon will ship the same day Monday through Friday, otherwise, it will be shipped the next day.

All orders over $50 will receive free shipping located in the US

Shipping to US, Puerto Rico, and Canada addresses.

Canada addresses do have an additional $10 Flat Fee and the recipients are responsible for all local taxes and duties.

Dehydration is a great way to preserve our treats, chews, and jerky naturally with no added preservatives or any other additives. Hence, the Single Ingredient. Dehydration uses a heated constant airflow which gradually removes the moisture from our products. The dehydration process retains the original vitamins, minerals, and natural enzymes far better than cooking or chemical preservation. Some products take 24-48 hours, others can take up to 10 days.

It is our goal to have a completely satisfying customer experience. Let us know if you have received damaged items in your order or are not satisfied with any of our products.
